    Description

    This role is a unique blend of therapeutic services and administrative oversight of regulatory requirements. We are seeking a licensed social worker/therapist who is empathetic, highly competent, detail-oriented, excels in time management, and feels a genuine calling to serve minor victims of sex trafficking.

     
     
    • This position provides both clinical leadership and direct therapeutic care. 

    • Offers clinical supervision and training to direct care staff.

    • The role includes providing individual, family, and group counseling to residents and their families/care givers, as well as trauma-informed support and secondary trauma care to residential and community-based staff.

    • With a balance of compassion, professionalism, and strong administrative skills, ensures that clinical practices meet the highest standards while fostering healing and resilience for both clients and staff.

    • Proactively contribute to and foster a trauma-informed & responsive organizational culture.

    • Maintain all compliance standards.
