This role is a unique blend of therapeutic services and administrative oversight of regulatory requirements. We are seeking a licensed social worker/therapist who is empathetic, highly competent, detail-oriented, excels in time management, and feels a genuine calling to serve minor victims of sex trafficking.
This position provides both clinical leadership and direct therapeutic care. Offers clinical supervision and training to direct care staff. The role includes providing individual, family, and group counseling to residents and their families/care givers, as well as trauma-informed support and secondary trauma care to residential and community-based staff. With a balance of compassion, professionalism, and strong administrative skills, ensures that clinical practices meet the highest standards while fostering healing and resilience for both clients and staff. Proactively contribute to and foster a trauma-informed & responsive organizational culture. Maintain all compliance standards. Actively participate in supervision & ongoing professional development- training to foster the development of clinical skills, provide best practice and enhance Gracehaven therapeutic services for youth & families who are at risk and/or have been exploited.
