Are you an organized, proactive professional who enjoys working with people, managing projects, and keeping communities running smoothly?
We are seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned homeowners associations (HOAs) throughout Polk County. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine property inspections of assigned communities.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including obtaining vendor quotes and scheduling services.
Respond to homeowner inquiries, concerns, emails, and phone calls.
Coordinate and attend HOA board meetings and annual association meetings.
Manage administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate community records.
Assist with special projects and ensure timely follow-up on community needs.
Ideal Candidate
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable working with homeowners, board members, and vendors.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous HOA, property management, or community association experience preferred.
