Community Asset Manager
We are seeking a Community Asset Manager to oversee several of our apartment communities.
Basic Scope and Function of Position:
Manages all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility.
• Good people skills, including patience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL CONDITION:
General office environment, exterior and interior maintenance work. Some light housekeeping work necessary, frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, see, use hands and fingers to handle, and reach.
