Job description

Position Title: Communications Support Analyst
Location: Washington, DC (On-Site)
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required
U.S. Citizenship required

Position Overview

OMNI is seeking a Communications Support Analyst to provide communications, administrative, and program coordination support for mission-critical operations. The selected candidate will manage internal communications, maintain SharePoint sites, support leadership communications, coordinate translation taskings, and assist with reporting and program activities in a fast-paced government environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain SharePoint sites and internal communication platforms, ensuring content is current and accessible.

  • Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters, leadership announcements, reports, briefings, and other communications.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, job aids, and communication materials.

  • Coordinate translation and language service requests, monitor taskings, and track deliverables.

  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters, field offices, and program stakeholders to facilitate communication and information sharing.

  • Support meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up activities.

  • Maintain records and correspondence in accordance with records management requirements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials while supporting special projects and administrative activities.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; degree requirement may be substituted with 3+ years of directly related experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting communications, administrative, or program operations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal government or DoD organizations.

  • Experience managing SharePoint sites, internal communications, and executive correspondence.

  • Familiarity with records management and information governance practices.
