Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/div>
- Develop and execute internal communications campaigns, newsletters,
presentations, and all -hands meetings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Plan, coordinate, and
manage internal events and organizational announcements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain digital
communications, including intranet content and editorial calendars.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Measure communication
impact through surveys and analytics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure consistent
messaging, branding, and alignment across channels.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>- BS/BA required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Experience in internal
communications within a large biotech, pharma, or healthcare organization.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Proficiency with Adobe
Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Poppulo, and WordPress.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Strong writing,
editing, and project management skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Biotech/pharma R&D
or early development communications experience preferred.<\/span><\/span>
