Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Communications Specialist to join our Fayetteville team. The Communications Specialist will assist with internal and external communications, event-related messaging, client correspondence, and organizational communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit business communications, reports, and informational materials
- Assist with event announcements, attendee communications, and outreach efforts
- Maintain communication records and documentation
- Support public-facing communication initiatives and company presentations
- Help organize meetings and prepare communication materials
- Ensure messaging remains accurate, professional, and consistent
- Assist management with communication-related projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
