Break down complex, technical content and craft messages that are easy for employees to understand and act on
Continually measure effectiveness of communications tactics and proactively consider improvements to optimize them
Work cross-functionally with partners from Human Resources, Technology, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Business Continuity and Information Security while developing strong relationships and assisting with communications requests
Proactively make connections across the company to seek ideas for content that are in line with overall internal communications strategies

4–8+ years of corporate communications experience in an agency or in-house setting
Demonstrated ability to produce exceptional content across a range of formats, including blogs, social posts, message frameworks, executive briefing materials and video scripts
Sharp editorial eye with meticulous attention to proofreading, grammar and brand consistency
Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a large, complex enterprise environment
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure
Preferred
Experience with multimedia storytelling, particularly video production or editing
Familiarity with communications analytics tools or platforms (e.g., internal comms dashboards, survey tools, email analytics)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking metrics, managing distribution lists or reporting on campaign performance
