We're Hiring: Communications & Marketing Manager (Onsite - Twin Cities Area)

I'm partnering with a small, mission-driven nonprofit organization in the healthcare education space. They're looking to add a Communications & Marketing Manager to their close-knit team.

About the Role

This is a highly hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll lead the development of marketing and communication initiatives across print and digital platforms while maintaining strong brand standards.

What You'll Do

  • Develop content for marketing materials, newsletters, and social media
  • Design and produce a wide range of assets (print, digital, presentations, trade show materials)
  • Oversee print production and ensure brand consistency
  • Manage digital channels including website, email campaigns, SEO, and analytics
  • Execute social media strategy and paid campaigns
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Create innovative campaigns and visual concepts

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, email platforms)
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
