LHH is currently recruiting for a strategic and hands‑on Communications Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This role is ideal for a polished communications professional with experience in a legal, consulting, accounting, financial services, or broader professional services environment who can develop clear, compelling messaging for sophisticated audiences. This is a hybrid role at our client's office in the Dallas area.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute communications strategies that support firmwide priorities, practice group initiatives, client engagement, and brand positioning.Create, edit, and manage high‑quality content across internal announcements, executive messaging, client communications, newsletters, press releases, thought leadership, website copy, social media, and presentation materials.Partner closely with leadership, attorneys, consultants, subject matter experts, marketing, business development, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging.Support media relations efforts, including drafting press materials, coordinating responses, preparing talking points, and maintaining consistent external messaging.Manage internal communications initiatives that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged across offices, departments, and teams.Ensure all communications reflect the organization's voice, brand standards, professional tone, and compliance considerations.Oversee communications calendars, project timelines, content approvals, and stakeholder feedback to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.Support crisis, change management, and reputation‑focused communications with thoughtful messaging and strong attention to detail.Monitor communications performance, media coverage, engagement metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in the development and coordination of awards, rankings, directory, and recognition submissions, including drafting narratives, gathering supporting materials, and managing submission deadlines.Qualifications5+ years of communications, public relations, corporate communications, or marketing communications experience.Legal or professional services experience required; experience supporting attorneys, partners, executives, consultants, or client‑facing subject matter experts strongly preferred.Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for internal, external, executive, and client‑facing audiences.Strong understanding of brand messaging, media relations, thought leadership, internal communications, and professional services marketing best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.Comfortable working with senior leadership and providing strategic communications guidance with professionalism and discretion.Experience developing communications for complex, regulated, confidential, or highly nuanced topics.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, or analytics platforms preferred.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.Ability to work hybrid at our client's office in the Dallas area.If this role sounds like a fit for you and you meet the above qualifications, please apply now for consideration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
