Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and Experience

Bachelors' degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field required and 5-7 years of marketing, communications, employee engagement, or organizational development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong emphasis on demonstrated creative writing skills and strategic thinking. Experience working with multiple levels of business leaders and sensitive information. Previous manager level experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Superior creative writing, editing and proofreading skills for web and print, including working knowledge and application of AP style

  • Ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into clear, concise, engaging messages for diverse audiences

  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills

  • Customer service attitude and commitment to supporting company culture and mission

  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Competent understanding of graphic design best practices and marketing concepts

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with Adobe Creative tools (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, InDesign) helpful

  • Experience designing surveys and conducting focus groups helpful
