Role Overview
We are seeking a Communications Engineer to support the research and development of platforms for innovative adaptive communications and spectrum-sensing systems. The role involves working on projects that fuse advanced signal processing, adaptive communications technologies, machine learning, and sophisticated modeling to develop solutions for cognitive communications, intelligent spectrum sensing, electronic warfare systems, and next-generation cellular network technologies. The ideal candidate will have a diversified background and a desire to collaborate on designing, implementing, testing, and fielding communications platforms for Department of Defense applications.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
Experience: This is an open-rank position where the final offer will depend on candidate qualifications. A bachelors degree with 0 years of related experience is the minimum requirement. Experience in communication systems research or development and demonstrated experience in performing or leading research projects are necessary.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
