    Job Title: Communications Coordinator Lv2
    Job Location: Remote
    Duration: 5 Months on W2
    Shift Timings: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday-Friday(Hybrid Role, need to be in office 2-3 days a week)

    Job Description:
    The Communications Coordinator will help execute tasks across a variety of employer brand channels to reach key audiences and meet specific employer brand objectives. In this role, you will work with members of the Employer Brand team to support internal and external communications, employer brand initiatives, events, and content strategies while tracking performance using common tools and procedures.

    Spanish reading & Writing is a preferred skill

    You'll help Employer Brand partners with a variety of activities, including managing logistics and communications for events; creating and updating routine written and visual communication assets; coordinating attendee communications; managing content assets and approvals; supporting digital asset management and governance processes; assisting with basic reporting; and contributing to other valuable employer brand projects.
    • You'll receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior-level roles.
    • Create communications based on routine assignments.
    • Use existing procedures to produce consistent and on-brand communications.
    • Develop business acumen to understand the company and its customers.
    • Interact with the immediate Employer Brand team and the broader global group.
    • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
