Position Title: Communications and Marketing Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX 75342
Duration: The assignment is expected to take approximately one month, with the temporary employee working approximately 35–40 hours per week to complete the migration within the project timeframe.
Work Schedule: The person can work independently and set their hours, but I will need regular check-ins to track progress.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate approximately 232 existing Connected pages into new Staffbase page templates.
- Create, edit, and format pages within Staffbase using existing content and established templates.
- Transfer existing content accurately while maintaining appropriate formatting, structure and functionality.
- Review migrated pages for accuracy, consistency and completeness before submitting them for final team review.
- Manage a high volume of pages and prioritize work to meet established deadlines.
- Work independently and efficiently while following provided templates, guidelines and instructions.
- Identify and flag any content, formatting, or technical issues that require review by the communications team.
- Provide regular progress updates to ensure the migration remains on schedule.
- Participate in a weekly work-planning and reporting process:
- Every Monday: Provide a list of pages planned for completion during the week.
- Every Friday: Provide a status update outlining pages completed, pages remaining, and any issues or challenges that may affect progress.
- Coordinate with the communications team as needed while they conduct final reviews of the migrated pages.
Project Scope and Expected Workload
The project includes approximately 232 pages, with an estimated migration time of 30–45 minutes per page, depending on content volume and complexity. The total workload is estimated at approximately 135–155 hours.
Success in This Role
Success in this role will be measured by the timely and accurate migration of the assigned pages, consistent use of the new templates and formatting standards, clear communication of progress and issues, and the ability to complete the work independently while meeting weekly migration goals.

- Experience working with digital content management systems, intranets, or similar platforms.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies or issues and communicate them clearly.
- Comfortable working within established templates, processes, and formatting guidelines.
