Job Description:
The Communications and Engagement Coordinator provides communications support across functional areas within the Swearer Center to support outreach of the Center's programs and initiatives and produce stories to communicate its impact. The position produces stories and narrative content, interviews constituencies for story highlights, and reports on Center activities. The role coordinates engagement and constituency-building efforts with students, faculty, staff, alumni, community partners and other stakeholders.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, the position develops and manages communications and marketing materials across platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, print materials and promotional content, while supporting copy editing and content production. The position performs communications administration support duties related to communications logistics, systems management, visual assets management, communications calendar maintenance, center photography, and metrics reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, creative, proactive and collaborative.
This is a full-time position.
