Job Description
The College of Nursing is seeking applicants for a new role in the largest and rapidly growing college at Radford University. The Communications & Alumni Coordinator provides day-to-day communications and digital support for the College of Nursing, executing approved content plans and assisting with routine communication tasks across web, social media, and alumni channels. This position works in close coordination with Alumni Relations as well as the College's assigned Communications Partner within the central Office of Marketing and Communication, who leads communication strategy, develops messaging plans, and
oversees brand alignment.
This role is focused on internal and external content execution, administrative coordination, digital asset management, and alumni relations and event planning. The Communications & Alumni Coordinator works with the Dean and the Communications Partner in developing the college communication strategy and focuses on implementing approved plans to serve as a reliable point of coordination between the College of Nursing, centralized communication resources, and Alumni Relations.
