What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and target audiences.
• Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other digital platforms, including written content, graphics, videos, and infographics.
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Build meaningful relationships with online audiences by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and special events designed to increase visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep digital communications fresh and effective.
• Track and analyze social media metrics and use data to identify opportunities, improve campaigns, and make strategic recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing, content, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Jump in on special communications projects and other initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Communication Manager
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for tone, grammar, and detail.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating content tailored to different audiences.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling, visually engaging content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments and with a variety of stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable, and up to date on the latest digital and social media trends.

Hourly pay is $40-48/hour
