To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Communication and Engagement Sr. Specialist in our plant in YAP-T.

• Plan and deliver internal communication content for HR, leadership, and employee audiences.
• Support engagement surveys, action plans, workshops, events, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare communication material for organizational changes, HR initiatives, and transformation projects.
• Create announcements, presentations, newsletters, visual material, and campaign messages.
• Coordinate messages with HR, plant management, corporate communication, and functional teams.
• Support employee engagement events, recognition activities, and communication campaigns.

Track engagement actions, participation, feedback, and communication effectiveness indicators.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5-8 years of professional experience in internal communication, employee engagement, HR, or a related environment.

Proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies and engagement initiatives.

Strong writing, presentation, and content creation skills.

Ability to translate business and organizational changes into clear, impactful employee communications.

Experience coordinating projects, events, and employee-focused programs.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.

Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Proactive, creative, and people-oriented approach.
