Responsibilities: of the Common Criteria Security Engineer: • Lead Common Criteria certification projects, including planning, testing support, evidence collection, and certification submissions. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements. • Develop and maintain certification documentation, security targets, and technical reports. • Coordinate with external laboratories, certification bodies, and customer stakeholders throughout evaluation processes. • Assess product security controls and provide recommendations to support certification readiness. Qualifications: of the Common Criteria Security Engineer: • 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, security engineering, certification, or compliance-focused roles. • Hands-on experience with Common Criteria, NIAP, FIPS 140-3, or comparable security certification frameworks. • Understanding of secure development practices, risk management, and security controls. • Experience creating technical documentation and working with cross-functional engineering teams. • Excellent communication and project management skills supporting international customers and stakeholders.
