Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple insurance carriers and products • Document and communicating carrier commission processes to team members and agents • Gather and reviewing monthly commission statements for multiple insurance carriers • Resolve agent commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (Preferably: Finance/Business Administration/Mathematics/Accounting) • 2 to 4 years of Life Insurance or Financial Services Experience • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Must have excellent time-management and organizational skills • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel • Must be able to multi-task, possess quick-thinking abilities and excellent attention to detail Compensation: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour .
