**TOP SKILLS:**
" 5+ years of experience commissioning mission-critical electrical infrastructure including data centers, semiconductor facilities, healthcare facilities, utility infrastructure, or other high-availability environments.
" Experience leading or executing Level 4 and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for mission-critical facilities.
" Experience commissioning medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, static transfer switches (STS), generators, busway, and EPMS platforms.
" Experience developing commissioning plans, startup procedures, integrated systems test scripts, and turnover documentation.
" Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, protection studies, coordination studies, relay settings, equipment specifications, and electrical schematics.

" Experience overseeing NETA testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and vendor startup activities.

" Experience coordinating commissioning activities across electrical, mechanical, controls, network, and operations teams.
" Experience driving deficiencies, NCRs, punch-list items, and commissioning findings to closure.
" Experience verifying protection settings, coordination curves, relay logic, breaker operations, and transfer sequences.
" Experience supporting utility energization, load-bank testing, generator testing, and operational readiness activities.
" Experience feeding commissioning findings and lessons learned back into design standards, commissioning procedures, and reference designs.

" Preferred:

• Medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) commissioning experience.
• Protective relay testing experience (SEL, Client, ABB, Schweitzer, etc.).
• EPMS and SCADA platform experience.
• NETA Certification (II, III, IV), PE License, CxA, CCP, BCxP, or similar credentials.
• Experience commissioning AI, hyperscale, colocation, or modular data center environments.

The Commissioning Team

• Stand up the commissioning program for 10s to 100s of GWs of capacity this decade.

• Run commissioning and QA-QC for first-of-a-kind modular data centers.

• Automate Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning.

Role Scope

• Commission electrical distribution from utility interface to rack: switchgear, UPS, generators, and EPMS from Level 2 through Level 5.

• Write and run test scripts covering protection, transfer schemes, and failure scenarios at full load.

• Oversee NETA testing and vendor startups, verifying results rather than filing them.

• Run integrated systems tests proving the site rides through utility events the way the design says it will.

What We're Looking For

• You've commissioned electrical systems on mission critical facilities through pull-the-plug testing.

• You read one-lines, protection studies, and coordination curves, and catch errors in them.

• You've run load bank testing at megawatt scale.

• You hold vendors to test standards under schedule pressure.

• Bonus:
