    STAR PROTECTION AGENCY
    COMMISSIONED SECURITY OFFICERS – NOW HIRING
    Houston, TX & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time & Part-Time
    HIRING BONUS: $300 FULL-TIME | $150 PART-TIME
     
    Star Protection Agency is seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Level III Commissioned Security Officers for positions throughout Houston.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License for at least 1 year.
    • Minimum 3 years of verifiable security experience.
    • Must have all required commissioned duty equipment.
    • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
    • Professional appearance, communication, and work ethic.
    • Ability to work assigned schedules and follow company policies.
    HIRING BONUS DETAILS
    FULL-TIME OFFICERS – $300 TOTAL
    • $150 after 30 days of employment.
    • $150 after 90 days of employment.
    PART-TIME OFFICERS – $150 TOTAL
    • Must work at least one complete 8-hour shift per week.
    • $150 paid after 45 days of employment.
    TO QUALIFY FOR THE BONUS:
    • No attendance violations or unexcused absences.
    • No tardiness violations.
    • No disciplinary write-ups.
    • Must complete assigned shifts.
    • Must remain employed and in good standing through the required payout date.
    Bonuses are subject to eligibility verification and company bonus terms.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Patrol and monitor assigned properties.
    • Control access and respond to security incidents.
    • Maintain firearm and equipment safety.
    • Complete accurate daily and incident reports.
    • Follow post orders and company policies.
    • Provide professional customer service.
