60-Day Client Growth Program (for stylists building book)

Stylists will receive structured support to grow their clientele in our 60-Day Client Growth Program. This program provides:

  • Regular coaching/check-ins led by the Team Leader/Educators (monthly touchpoints included).

  • Training focused on mindset, client retention, consultation skills, and marketing best practices you’ll implement yourself.

  • Practical tools to improve pre-booking, retail strategies, and client conversion techniques.

Note: This program teaches the tools and tactics — stylists must apply them to grow their book.

Key Duties

  • Provide a variety of hair and barbering services (cuts, color, styling, consultations) at luxury standards.

  • Create custom color and style plans using strong color theory.

  • Provide exceptional guest service — consults, follow-ups, and retention.

  • Effectively and consistently market your services and the salon.

  • Maintain a tidy, client-ready station and uphold salon standards.

  • Use salon software for bookings, client notes, and retail tracking.

  • Participate in salon promotions and reopening events as requested.

Qualifications

  • Current Cosmetology or Barber License (required).

  • Existing clientele and social following preferred.

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing fundamentals to acquire loyal clients.

  • Comfortable with basic retail math and booking software.

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive commission structure. Average pay ranges from $16.90 to $50.00 per hour, based on service and retail commission plus gratuity.

  • Performance directly determines earning potential, meaning the more you excel, the more you can earn—your success has no limits!

  • Insurance eligibility after 3 months; 401(k) after 1 year (Full Time Employees)

  • Flexible scheduling; minimum 12 hours/week recommended.
