About the Role:The Polian Agency in Waco, TX is looking for a driven and motivated Commission Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Present and sell products/services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Follow up with leads and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:- Previous sales experience preferred, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Waco, TX area
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
