Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and address project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants and stakeholders.
