Company Summary:
BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets."
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator who thrives in a team-based environment, understands the nuances of pricing renovation work in diverse markets, and is eager to help refine how we estimate, source, and deliver value.
This role is not about working in isolation. It is about contributing to an integrated estimating team that partners closely with field operations, project management, and vendor networks. Estimators at BlueTeam are part of the solution-not just calculators of cost. This position includes periodic travel to evaluate jobsite conditions, vet subcontractors, and inform constructability assumptions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical estimating skills, fluency in industry-standard tools, and the interpersonal grit to extract pricing from reluctant vendors, clarify scopes, and build pricing logic when details are incomplete.
