Serving as the key link between field and executive leadership, this role is responsible for workforce planning, labor productivity, and overall operational performance, requiring strong leadership, manpower forecasting ability, and the operational insight to keep projects on track while upholding Higgins Group's quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production activities across multiple commercial projectsCoordinates with leadership to align labor, materials, and equipmentMonitor job progress and proactively address production delaysConduct regular job site visits and field auditsPlan workforce allocation and adjust manpower based on project needsAssist with hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective coachingDevelop and manage labor budgets for projectsForecast manpower requirements and labor costsMonitor productivity, hours, and production ratesIdentify cost risks early and implement corrective actionsWork closely with leadership to maintain profitabilityReview blueprints, schedule, specifications, and scope requirementsCoordinate sequencing with other trades and general contractorsAssist in preconstruction planning and production strategyEnforce company and OSHA safety standards QualificationsMinimum of 5 years commercial drywall and metal stud framing construction experience Superintendent or foreman management experienceStrong knowledge of commercial blueprints, management software and estimating Out-of-town travel as requiredEmployment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
