Commercial Truck Driver, Class A (Per-Load Pay)

Compensation: $60 per load, paid per load.
Your mission
Operate Class A vehicles to transport goods to designated locations while upholding rigorous safety and compliance standards. You’ll manage inspections, documentation, and communication to ensure every trip is efficient and every customer interaction is positive.
- Execute pre-trip and post-trip inspections to confirm road readiness.
- Maintain detailed logs for driving hours, mileage, and fuel.
- Follow all traffic laws and company procedures without exception.
- Coordinate with dispatch on schedules, updates, and any operational issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading when needed.
- Provide attentive, professional customer service on deliveries.
What it takes to succeed
- Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of Class A driving experience.
- Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
- Strong time management and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to lift heavy items and perform hands-on tasks.
Compliance requirement
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
