Lead large-scale multifamily and commercial projects throughout the Southeast

Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project logistics
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and project documentation
- Conduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings
- Work closely with Project Managers and company leadership
- Manage field reporting and documentation using Project Site (Trimble platform)
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Lead project closeout and turnover activities
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
- Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
- Commercial construction experience involving structural steel will also be considered
- Ability to independently manage projects valued at $20M+
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control
- Experience leading subcontractors and field personnel
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
- Stable career history with demonstrated project leadership experience
