We are seeking a Commercial Tire Service Manager to lead all aspects of commercial tire operations, including mobile service trucks, in-shop work, and team management.
- Manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and monitor KPIs for efficiency.
- Lead and develop technicians and service advisors, fostering teamwork and safety.
- Serve as a primary contact for fleet customers, supporting sales, estimates, and customer retention.
- Oversee process quality, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure high standards.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
Qualifications include 5+ years in commercial tire or fleet service, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
Core competencies include leadership, customer focus, safety, and operational excellence.
Operational hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
