McCarthy Tire Service is hiring a
Commercial Tire & Road Service Technician to join our Rochester team. This hands-on position includes shop and roadside tire service. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused technician who takes pride in quality work and customer service.
Responsibilities:- Mount, dismount, repair, rotate, and balance commercial truck tires
- Perform tire inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provide roadside and emergency tire service
- Safely operate company service vehicles
- Maintain service records and communicate with customers and team members
- Participate in training and on-call/after-hours service as needed
- Assist with other shop and service duties
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Commercial/heavy-duty tire or road service experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy tires and equipment
- Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of commercial tires and equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments
