Summary:

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Commercial Technology Product Owner to lead the delivery of business value across Salesforce and other commercial technology capabilities supporting Sales, Service, and Commercial Operations. This role is accountable for translating business priorities into actionable Salesforce enhancements, owning the product backlog, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable outcomes.

The Commercial Technology Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and the Commercial Technology Platform Owner to ensure solutions align with Novas enterprise standards while driving speed, usability, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for Salesforce and other commercial technology capabilities.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, and Operations leaders to ensure commercial technology solutions support core processes and KPIs.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.

Delivery & Execution

  • Work with Salesforce platform, business analyst, admins, developers, and implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Review and accept delivered functionality against defined acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure user adoption through effective change management, training, and communication.
  • Manage project plans, deliverables and communications.

Governance & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Technology Platform Owner to ensure adherence to architecture, data, and security standards.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery practices and governance.

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce product ownership, business analysis, or solution delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Integration knowledge to secondary platforms (Sales & Marketing Platforms)
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into prioritized technology solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications Preferred:
  • Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent)
  • Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
