Description

• • Manage day-to-day jobsite operations from project kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
  • Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completion
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
  • Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• • 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of driving projects to successful completion
