Commercial Superintendent - Renovation & Interiors

The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of renovation and tenant improvement projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Lead day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through project closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met
Manage work within occupied and operational facilities while minimising disruption
Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and planning activities
Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

For the Commercial Superintendent - Renovation & Interiors we are seeking:

Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
Experience in the aviation sector, particularly working for a governmental entity within an operating airport environment
Strong background delivering renovation, redevelopment, or tenant improvement projects
Experience managing projects in occupied facilities or operational environments
Aviation project experience within active airport environments is highly desirable
Experience working on projects for governmental or public-sector entities is preferred
Alternatively, significant renovation/TI experience for financial institutions, banking environments, or similar corporate facilities will be strongly considered
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety requirements, quality control, and subcontractor management
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project momentum
