Commercial Superintendent Opportunity
An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its Nashville-based team. Job Description
Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to keep project work aligned with the schedule. Monitor field progress and address day-to-day issues that affect planned work. Work with project stakeholders to sequence tasks and maintain clear communication across the site. Review completed work to confirm it meets project plans and requirements. Promote safe work practices across active construction areas. Track materials, equipment, and site needs to help crews complete planned work. Maintain accurate site records, including daily activity and project progress updates. Coordinate site access and work areas to support timely project completion.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: experience overseeing commercial construction work from the field. Experience coordinating daily construction activities and project schedules. Ability to read project plans and apply requirements to site work. Experience monitoring jobsite progress and maintaining daily reports. Knowledge of construction safety practices and site coordination. Ability to communicate clearly with crews, contractors, and project stakeholders.
