Description

  • Manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
  • Work closely with project management teams and clients
  • Drive successful project completion from start-up through turnover

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Ability to manage larger-scale projects independently
  • Knowledge of high-end finishes and interior construction preferred
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Stable work history and strong local industry relationships
