Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders regularly. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specified standards. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize project delays. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Retail Superintendent should have: Experience managing retail construction projects from start to finish. 10+ years of construction experience. Experience building adaptive reuse, retail, restaurant, office, and/or medical office projects preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to resolve challenges and adapt to changing project needs. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
