Commercial Superintendent

The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of renovation and tenant improvement projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.

• Lead day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met
• Manage work within occupied and operational facilities while minimizing disruption
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and planning activities
• Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

The successful applicant will have proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction, experience in the aviation sector, particularly working for a governmental entity within an operating airport environment, and a strong background delivering renovation, redevelopment, or tenant improvement projects. Experience managing projects in occupied facilities or operational environments is highly desirable. Alternatively, significant renovation/TI experience for financial institutions, banking environments, or similar corporate facilities will be strongly considered. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety requirements, quality control, and subcontractor management is required. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project momentum.
