What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up gas station and QSR projects
Oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain production, safety, and schedules
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet project specifications
Manage logistics, material deliveries, and site conditions for on-time completion
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements
Provide leadership and mentorship to foremen and field crews, promoting accountability and performance
Monitor costs, productivity, and resource allocation to support overall project success
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects, with a heavy focus on gas stations and QSR/restaurant projects
Proven experience leading multiple ground-up gas station projects, ideally five or more completed
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse sites
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeastern United States
Candidates must reside within 5 hours of Atlanta, GA
Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA standards (10 or 30 preferred), and quality management
Valid driver’s license
