Picture this: sunrise over a shopping center lot. You review the day’s service tickets on your tablet, hop into a bucket truck, and set out to keep storefronts bright and parking lots safe. As a field electrician with YESCO Sign & Lighting, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain the systems that help businesses stand out—every single day.

What your day looks like

• Restore and maintain outdoor lighting, parking lot lights, LED retrofits, and sign systems including flex faces, monument signs, and EMC boards.
• Pinpoint electrical issues, perform hands-on troubleshooting, and get systems back online quickly.
• Operate bucket trucks confidently and work at heights to complete repairs safely.
• Keep customers and account managers informed on-site with clear communication.
• Document work thoroughly in our POS system using your smartphone or tablet.

What you bring

• Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician license.
• Clean driving record and the ability to operate a bucket truck.
• 2+ years of electrical or sign service experience (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and comfort working outdoors and at heights (40’+).
• Basic tech proficiency (smartphone/tablet) and a customer-focused approach.
• Sign installation experience is a plus.
