Commercial Drivers to join our premier transportation team. You will be responsible for operating shuttle buses on designated routes, providing high-quality, reliable transit for our clients in the Chula Vista area. Job Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial shuttle bus safely along fixed or assigned routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability.
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle interior.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- License Requirements:Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement is REQUIRED.
- Driving Record:Must have a clean 5-year driving record. No violations or accidents.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive DOJ background check and drug/alcohol screening.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and a positive "customer-first" attitude.
- Urgency: Available to start immediately.
