- Skilled in 3+ trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain a company-paid DOT Medical Card
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Dedicated off-street parking for company vehicle required
