Wenger Construction's Service Division is expanding, and we're looking for experienced roofing service technicians to join the team. You'll work as part of a two-person crew delivering top-tier repairs and small projects across Wisconsin, with the training and support to keep growing your skills toward a World Class Customer Experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial roofing systems
- Repair and replace roofing materials using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate repairs and installs
- Estimate project costs and materials needed for roofing jobs
- Collaborate with your crew to deliver a world-class customer experience
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working at heights
What You Need
Required:
- General construction experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools specific to roofing and construction
- Capable of heavy lifting and working in various construction site environments
Desired:
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating
- Experience in carpentry, concrete forming, and fabrication
