OneSparQ is looking for a Commercial Service Technician for a telecommunications company in Orange, CA
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, service, and resolve issues with fire, intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems in a commercial environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding service needs and updates throughout the day
- Order necessary parts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and equipment in the company vehicle
- Service approximately 3–5 locations on site each day
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that varies by team
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in fire alarm, access control, camera systems, and intrusion systems in a commercial environment
- Experience with programming
Additional Skills: (not required)
- NICET certification
- ACE Card (Blue Card)
- Scissor or boom lift certification
