Build a Career Driving Service Excellence
Your impact at Beacon Mechanical Services is immediate: you transform incoming Corrigo requests into completed, well-documented work—keeping customers informed and technicians enabled. If you enjoy connecting details, people, and deadlines, this mission is for you.
Imagine This
A priority ticket hits Corrigo for a multi-site client. You quickly verify the location, scope, priority, NTE, and required completion date, confirm contacts and special instructions, acknowledge within the response window, and collaborate with scheduling to dispatch. Throughout the job, you update stakeholders on ETA, progress, any materials or approval delays, and arrange return visits if needed. When the work wraps, you compile service notes, labor, materials, photos, equipment details, and completion documents—then upload airtight closeout documentation and sync data with our internal systems.
