We are partnering with a growing multifamily general contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Jacksonville operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional to take a key role in managing large-scale multifamily projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant project management experience with the majority of your career focused on multifamily construction.
- Proven success managing large, complex multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong knowledge of project financials, budgets, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, buyout, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with Superintendents, APMs, subcontractors, owners, and design teams.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
