Core work you’ll do
- Service and repair trailer brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults using observation, testing, and schematics to guide corrective action.
- Perform safety and compliance inspections; recommend part replacements or repairs.
- Record all work performed and parts used in a clear, organized manner.
- Collaborate with peers to elevate service standards and efficiency.
- Stay informed on new techniques and best practices for semi trailer maintenance.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel technical coursework is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience working on semi trailers or similar heavy equipment.
- Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Detail-driven problem solver with strong follow-through.
- Team-focused communicator.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
