    A Day in the Life

    • Kick off with the project manager and superintendent to review plumbing drawings, specifications, and day’s priorities.
    • Install sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas piping as part of commercial new builds and tenant fit‑outs.
    • Set fixtures, equipment, and trim as phases progress—keeping a sharp eye on finish quality.
    • Coordinate with other trades to sequence work and keep the schedule on track.
    • Troubleshoot installation issues quickly, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
    • Verify every task meets applicable plumbing codes, project specs, and safety requirements.
    • Document materials used and work performed with clean, accurate records.
    • Wrap up with a tidy, organized, and safe job site—every shift.

    What You Bring

    • Commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman license preferred).
    • Hands‑on background with commercial new construction and/or tenant fit‑out projects.
    • Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
    • Strong problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
