2+ years of superintendent experience in commercial roofing (REQUIRED) • Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and job site operations• Strong understanding of safety practices, OSHA compliance, and job site procedures• Ability to perform inspections, identify issues (leaks, defects), and implement repairs• Experience with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, and waterproofing systems• Proficiency with tools and equipment such as hot air welders, hand torches, spray equipment, compressors, and power tools• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)• Open to traveling for extended periods Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include new installations, re-roofing, repairs, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
