We specialize in roof repair, maintenance, and service work on commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Commercial Roofing Service Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial roof systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance

• Diagnose and fix roof leaks on TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other systems

• Install flashings, sealants, and other roofing materials as needed

• Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders/lifts

• Complete daily job reports and communicate with service managers

• Ensure job sites are clean and meet safety standards

• Work independently or as part of a 2-person service crew

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection systems

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
