Full P&L responsibility for commercial roofing projects

Preconstruction strategy, buyout, and cost control

Client relationships with GCs, owners, architects, and consultants

Change negotiation and financial protection

Procurement and manufacturer coordination

Operational readiness before crews mobilize

Clean, disciplined project closeouts

You are the axis the project turns on.
